Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Nature of Service

NakshtraAI provides digital astrology consultations and AI-generated reports. Since our reports are delivered instantly or digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been successfully generated and displayed to the user.

2. Technical Issues & Failures

Aapne bilkul sahi kaha, agar koi technical issue hota hai toh hum refund dete hain:

In case of a technical failure where the payment is successful but the **report is not generated** or delivered, a full refund will be processed.
If your amount is debited but you don't receive a confirmation, please contact us at support@nakshtraai.com.
Refunds for technical issues are typically processed within **5-7 working days** to your original payment method.

3. Double Payments

If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a network error, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically or upon request after verification.

4. Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as the AI starts processing the birth charts immediately upon payment success.
